National Honor Society Induction 2019

Ten South Seneca High School students were inducted into the National Honor Society at a ceremony in the high school auditorium on Tuesday, May 28. Students were selected for membership based on criteria such as leadership, service and character. To qualify for National Honor Society at South Seneca, students must maintain a cumulative 90 GPA and perform 50 hours of community service annually and continue to exhibit exemplary leadership and character.

NHS adviser Breana Copp said: "This is my ninth year as NHS advisor, and each year during induction time, I get excited about being able to see the accomplishments of the upper echelon of our 10th-12th grade students.  These students work so hard in every aspect of their life, usually without recognition, and induction into this national organization is a culmination of all that hard work.  I look forward to furthering their individual and group accomplishments next year as we provide valuable service within the school and community."
